We created the 'Back In The Office' programme to promote healthy necks, backs and shoulders in the workplace or home office space, LONG-TERM.
To combat the toll working from home has on your neck, shoulders and back, we provide a mobile, seated chair massage service. Delivered in the comfort of your home, the service is available during and outside of office hours.
We also provide a mobile workstation assessment service. Carried out by one of our Senior Physiotherapists, your home workstation set up will be assessed and the necessary changes made to your workstation ergonomics. You will also be assessed for underlying pain and physical symptoms associated with your workstations current set up.
You will feel the benefits almost immediately and for the long term.
